1. Management
Association
Garderie 2000 is an establishment with associative management of law 1901
(nonlucrative goal). Any relative wishing the admission of his child will have
to adhere to association each year.
The purpose
of the Nursery is to accomodate the 18 month old children to 6 years with a
priority with the children in stay at the station (holiday makers).
The time of activity of the
Nursery is seasonal worker of mid-December at at the end of April. The Nursery
has a capacity of reception of 25 children. It functions of Sunday at Friday of
8h45 with 12h and of 13h45 with 17h and an
additional mode of guard on reservation the day before proposes, during the
closing of midday.
The Nursery saturdays are
closed. However, a permanence is open for the inscriptions of 16h with 19h30.
2. Formalities of admission
As far as
possible, it is desirable that the parents pre-register to them (S) child (S)
before their stay and that they come to enclose the inscription saturdays of 16h
with 19h preferably; in order to prepare the reception, formalities of
admission and the payment. However we strongly recommend to the parents to
speak about the organization about their stay with your or your child (S) in
order to avoid disappointments.
At the time
of the inscription, we fill out a card on which is mentioned various
information: date from the stay, the marital status, the address, the residence
of the stay and number, a heading health (allergy, up to date vaccinations,
observation), the level of ski, the formula chosen, the mode of payment and an
authorization in the event of serious accident or of disease.
Health
record must be
presented the day of the inscription in order to check if the child is
vaccinated BCG, of DTPolio, they are obligatory vaccinations in
This file of inscription must
be duly filled by the personnel and the parents the day before or the first day
of presence of the child.
3. The procedure
Life of the children
The
educational team is charged to animate the attendance time of the children and
to meet their emotional, physical, intellectual needs and of health, while
keeping the conditions of safety and reception.
The children registered in course of ski are prepared at the nursery, they are accompanied and recovered at the school of ski by the stimulating ones. The other children are accomodated at the nursery; an exit outside, in the morning, is envisaged according to the climatic conditions. The accomodated children the afternoon will make the nap or will play outside. Towards 16h, one to taste is proposed.
Schedules to be respected
The morning, the
children are accomodated until 10h and the afternoon, it is imperative to
arrive at the opening. Any arriving child afterwards 10h or afterwards 13h50
will be refused (for the children making a nap).
Any delay after the closing of the place of
reception will be invoiced.
The departure of the child
The children will be able to leave the Nursery
only with their parents or the people having a parental agreement.
Absences
In case of absence, no
refunding will be carried out except in the event of contagious disease and on
presentation of a medical certificate. With regard to the children of seasonal
parents, the Nursery invoices each month the presence of the child. However, if
the child is registered for half-days, the parents are held to warn us absence of
the child at least front 24h, in the contrary case, these half-days will be
invoiced.
The payment
Any payment is
carried out with the inscription. No refunding will be carried out except for
the children having contagious diseases on presentation of a medical
certificate. Refundings will be recomputed at the day and not with the
proportion.
Any delay after the
closing of the place of reception will be invoiced 3€ per started fifteen
minutes, this in order to compensate for overtime that the personnel would be
brought to carry out.
The disease
We are not authorized to
manage drugs.
To start from
No child reached of contagious disease
(conjunctivitis, gastro-enteritis, chicken pox, rubella, mumps,…) will not be
allowed at the Nursery.
To taste and the meal
To taste is provided by the
Nursery except special mode.
The meal is provided by the parents.
Personal effects
It is important for the child,
whom it can have being able one of his personal objects to reassure it during
the time of separation (doudou, tétine…).
It is necessary to envisage
equipment adapted to our climatic conditions and the selected formula (hot and
waterproof gloves, sunglasses, bonnet, held of ski, sun lotion, snow-boot and
ski boots, ski, an exchange and slippers). The spout feeding-bottles or glasses
as well as the complete exchanges (layers and lingettes) remain with the load
of the families.
For the safety of your child
and that of the others, it is strongly disadvised making carry to the children
of the jewels. Moreover, the Nursery does not engage in the event of loss, of
flight or accident.

Medical supervision of the
professionals
The members of the personnel
must provide certain documents required by “Protection Maternelle et Infantile”
: the marital status, photocopy of the diploma, the extract of the criminal
record N°3 and a medical certificate of aptitude. Moreover, the personnel will
have each year to pass a visit to the occupational medicine.
5. Tariffing
Adhesion with association and
the tariffs are fixed each year, by the General meeting .
The invoicing is carried out
at the time of the inscription and for the seasonal children, at the end of the
month.
